§ 1. Introductory provisions
- The online store operating at https://scoiattolo.pl/ is run by Barbara Zalisz, who runs a classic business activity entered in the CEIDG under the name Scoiattolo Barbara Zalisz with its registered office at ul. Brunona Kicińskiego 34, 06-400 Ciechanów, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5662029471.
- These regulations define the terms and conditions of use of the Store, including the rules for concluding sales contracts, their implementation, and the complaint and withdrawal procedures.

§ 2. Definitions
- Seller – Barbara Zalisz, running a classic business activity entered in the CEIDG under the name Scoiattolo Barbara Zalisz, NIP: 5662029471.
- Shop – online shop operating at https://scoiattolo.pl/.
- Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, making a purchase in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person.
- Product – a movable item (bag) available in the Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement.
- Regulations – these regulations of the Store, available at https://scoiattolo.pl/regulamin.
- Sales Agreement – a Product sales agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller via the Store.
- Order – a declaration of will of the Buyer submitted via the order form, directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.
§ 3. General provisions
- Through the Store, the Seller conducts retail sales of Products.
- All prices listed on the Store’s website are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). Prices do not include shipping costs.
- The total cost of the Order (price of the Products + delivery costs) is visible to the Buyer in the basket before placing the Order.
- The Buyer is obligated to use the Store in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Providing illegal content is prohibited.
§ 4. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed in the Store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- To place an Order, the Buyer adds the selected Product to the basket and then proceeds to the order form.
- In the order form, please provide the data necessary to complete the Order (name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number) and select the delivery method and payment method.
- The condition for placing an Order is the acceptance of the Regulations, which the Buyer confirms by checking the appropriate box in the form.
- After placing the Order and making payment, the Buyer will receive an email confirmation at the address provided. At this point, the Sales Agreement is concluded.
- The Seller will begin processing the Order once the payment has been credited to their account. The Order processing time, i.e., preparing the Product for shipment, is:
a) up to 3 business days for Products available in the Store,
b) up to 10 business days for Products made to order by the Buyer. Delivery time, which is typically 2 to 3 business days from the time the Seller ships the item, should be added to the Order processing time.
§ 5. Delivery methods and payment methods
- Delivery of Products is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad, according to the terms indicated in the Store.
- Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller indicates otherwise on the Store’s website. Available shipping methods and costs are presented during the Order placement process.
- The Seller provides the following payment methods:
a) Electronic payments and card payments via Przelewy24. The entity providing online payments is the Entity providing the Service to Users, with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Pastelowa 8 (60-198), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000347935, the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7792369887, with the share capital of PLN 4 737 100.00, fully paid up, and into the register of national payment institutions, maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under the number UKNF IP24/2014.
b) Electronic payments and card payments via Stripe. The online payment service provider is Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, D02 H210 Dublin, Ireland, Tax Identification Number: IE 3206488LH.
c) Payment by traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (bank account details in PLN for bank transfer payments). The account number will be provided in the email confirming the Order. - The Buyer is obligated to make payment within 7 days of placing the Order. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the Order being canceled.
§ 6. Invoices
- Proof of purchase is attached to each Order.
- At the Buyer’s request, the Seller issues an invoice. The request for an invoice must be made when placing the Order, providing full and accurate information necessary for its issuance.
§ 7. Description and photos of the Products
- The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photos of the Products are consistent with reality.
- The products offered in the Store are handmade. Therefore, individual items may exhibit slight differences in size, material texture, or color shade. These differences result from the unique nature of handcrafting and do not constitute a defect in the Product.
- Before accepting the shipment from the courier, the Buyer should check the packaging for any damage during transport. If any damage is detected, it is recommended to complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the Seller immediately.
§ 8. Complaints (Warranty for defects)
- The Seller is obliged to deliver the Product to the Buyer free from defects.
- The Seller is liable under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the Product under the terms set out in the Civil Code.
- The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product for Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights. For other Entrepreneurs, the warranty is limited to 1 year.
- Complaints can be submitted:
a) electronically to the following email address: scoiattolo.biuro@gmail.com
b) in writing to the following address: ul. Brunona Kicińskiego 34, 06-400 Ciechanów - The complaint should include: the Buyer’s name and surname, contact details, description of the defect, the date of its discovery and the request (repair, replacement, price reduction or – in the case of a significant defect – withdrawal from the contract).
- The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. The Buyer will be informed of the outcome via email or in writing.
- In the event of a justified complaint, the costs of returning the Product to the Seller shall be covered by the Seller, after prior agreement on the form of shipment.
§ 9. Right of withdrawal
- The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded at a distance without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Product.
- To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the Seller of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form template for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. (The form is not an annex to these Terms and Conditions).
- To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund all payments received, including the lowest costs of delivering the Product available in the Store’s offer, immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another solution.
- The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Product has been received back or proof of its return has been provided.
- The Buyer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller at the following address: ul. Brunona Kicińskiego 34, 06-400 Ciechanów, immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
- The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.
- The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
§ 10. Protection of personal data
- The administrator of the Buyers’ personal data is the Seller.
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, as well as for marketing purposes if the Buyer has given separate consent.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement.
- The Buyer has the right to access the content of his or her data, correct it and request its deletion.

§ 11. Extrajudicial methods of settling complaints and pursuing claims
- The consumer has the option of using out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
- Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: www.uokik.gov.pl.
§ 12. Copyright
- All content posted on the Store’s website, including photos, product descriptions, and graphic design, is the property of the Seller and is subject to copyright protection. Copying or using it without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.
§ 13. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in legal regulations, changes in payment and delivery methods). Changes will not violate the rights acquired by Buyers, and contracts concluded before the change will be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date the contract is concluded.
- Any disputes arising from Sales Agreements will be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable regulations.
- These Regulations are effective from October 10, 2025.
