Are Scoiattolo products handmade?
Yes. All Scoiattolo products are handcrafted in Poland. Each piece is created in our workshop with attention to detail, functionality, and aesthetics.
Are Scoiattolo products unique?
Yes. Most of our products are made in one-off pieces or very short, limited editions. This means that once a model is sold, it may no longer be available.
What materials are the products made of?
We use high-quality upholstery materials, primarily offcuts from local furniture factories. All materials are new, durable, and resistant, and their reuse aligns with the idea of less waste.
Are Scoiattolo products suitable for children?
Scoiattolo products are not toys. Adult supervision is recommended when used by children. Products containing small parts (e.g., zippers, straps, snaps) are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Are the bags and accessories waterproof?
Many models feature a waterproof lining to protect the contents from moisture. The outer materials are durable, but the products are not intended for intensive contact with water (e.g., machine washing).
How to care for Scoiattolo bags and accessories?
We recommend:

Can I wash the bags in the washing machine?
The bag should be hand washed, gently, dried horizontally, do not iron.
Can products differ from photos?
Yes. Due to handcrafting and the nature of unique materials, slight differences in texture or shade may occur. This is a natural feature of handicraft and one of its advantages.
Are Scoiattolo products ecological?
Yes. We use recycled materials (upholstery offcuts) that would otherwise be thrown away. Thanks to this, we reduce the amount of waste and give materials a second life.
Czy torby nadają się do noszenia ciężkich rzeczy?
Scoiattolo bags are designed for everyday use and carrying standard items (books, A4 documents, a cosmetics bag, a water bottle). We do not recommend overloading these products beyond their intended use.
